I’m not going to deny it – I’m a petrolhead. And when it comes to supercars I have to confess that the knees go a bit wobbly and I’ve even been known to dribble a bit, so when those lovely people at Senator asked me to spend a day at the HR Owen showroom in Acton, it was a bit of a no-brainer.

It’s been around a while now but the daddy of supercars (in my humble opinion) is the Bugatti Veyron – the design is just stunning as is the attention to detail. It’s a work of art. And when it’s fired up, the ground literally rumbles beneath you and causes a silly boyish grin to appear. Remember Top Trumps? Well, this is THE car that beats everything!

With a rather tasty collection of Lambo’s, Mustangs and Rolls Royce, we were literally like kiddies in a sweet shop!

Oh and yes…that is a Pagani Zonda at the back.
